  • What is the Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP)?

    The Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) is a Pennsylvania state initiative that offers generous tax credits—up to 90%—to businesses that contribute to approved community development projects serving low-income populations. It is administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) and supports impactful initiatives across the state.


    NAP is the same program that supports Habitat for Humanity and other trusted organizations making a difference in underserved communities.

  • What is an SPP (Special Priorities Project)?

    An SPP is a high-impact NAP project that meets specific criteria like serving low-income populations, addressing blight, and demonstrating cross-sector collaboration. SPPs, like the Glassworks Campus project, qualify for a 90% state tax credit on eligible contributions.

  • What makes the Glassworks Campus project eligible for NAP SPP status?

    This project:


    • Serves high-need, low-income families
    • Remediates a severely blighted property
    • Supports food distribution, mental health care, education, and job training

  • What types of contributions are eligible for the 90% tax credit?

    You can contribute in three ways:


    1.  Cash Contributions

    e.g., $10,000 donation = $9,000 tax credit


    2. Donated Skilled Labor at Cost

    e.g., electrical, construction, HVAC—valued at internal cost


    3. Donated Materials at Cost

    e.g., building supplies, furnishings, technology—valued with documentation


  • Who is RE:VIVALS Community Center and what will they offer at the campus?

    RE:VIVALS is a nonprofit serving low-income families in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. At the Glassworks Campus, they will provide:


    1. Free food and hot meals
    2. Mental and behavioral health counseling
    3. After-school tutoring and vocational training
    4. Community engagement programs and discipleship opportunities

  • How much has been raised so far through the NAP?

    To date, the project has raised:


    • $920,656 in NAP-eligible contributions
    • Over $700,000 in donated labor, time, and materials

    With 29+ participating businesses and growing

  • Is NAP funded by the State?

    No. The Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) is not funded by state dollars. It is powered by local businesses that choose to invest in approved projects like the Glassworks Campus. Businesses write their checks directly to Kingdom Patrons, who then administer the funds as outlined in the pre-approved project budget.

  • Can businesses direct how their donations are used?

    As part of the commitment process, businesses  will review the budget presented by Kingdom Patrons


    Donations made through NAP must follow the approved project budget. The budget is set in advance by Kingdom Patrons and cannot be altered. This ensures transparency and compliance with state guidelines.  

  • How does this benefit banks specifically?

    NAP contributions qualify for CRA credit (Community Reinvestment Act), making it a smart way for financial institutions to fulfill regulatory requirements while investing in local community transformation.

  • How can my business get involved?

    It’s simple:


    1. Contact Kingdom Patrons to confirm eligibility
    2. Submit your contribution and documentation
    3. Receive confirmation and tax credit certification

Renovation is Underway

The renovation of the Glassworks Campus is currently underway. KP, alongside the Revivals team, has collaborated with numerous volunteers and business partners to transform the old glass factory into an attractive thrift store and nonprofit administration space through demolition and renovation efforts.
